(0:00) Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim. In the name of God, most gracious, most merciful. (0:07) I seek refuge in God from Satan. I have a lot to say. I don't know why, it's all kept to my head. (0:17) And it is very important. I have a lot to say, and I was anxious to change the schedule. (0:25) So when we were ahead of schedule in the morning, and Shahnaz was speaking here, (0:29) I mean we decided to change the schedule, right? But this is destiny. (0:34) It's destiny that I speak now, at this time, with you certain people in this hall now. (0:41) Because when we attempted to change the schedule, what happened? (0:47) We couldn't do it. And the rain was only here, on the dining hall. (0:53) It was there only. The rain and the lightning was only here. (1:00) So we had to go back to the original schedule, because it is destiny that I speak now. (1:07) When you go to school and enroll in a course and they find that you are deficient in some information, (1:15) they send you back to school to take some prerequisites. (1:21) You go and take physics or physical chemistry, and then you find formulas that have things called (1:31) differentiation and integration and funny signs, and you don't understand the thing. (1:37) They say, oh you didn't take calculus? You say no. (1:41) So they send you back to school, they say go take some calculus and come back. (1:46) And we are – this has not happened to us. (1:50) We were in God's kingdom, and some deficiency was discovered in us, (1:57) and some fellow creatures suggested that we be plucked, paid, and send them all to hell. (2:04) And God said I'm going to send them back to school, give them a textbook, this is a textbook, (2:13) and then test them, and if they make it they can come back. (2:18) Go take some calculus and come back. (2:27) After making this statement, and realizing that we are here in school to take some additional courses, (2:34) we are receiving a lot of information, and we are going from test to test. (2:41) I want to congratulate you, most of you, for making it. (2:52) Because you have passed the most difficult test. (2:57) The most difficult test is to have one of us, a human being like us, (3:02) claim that he is a messenger of God. (3:04) It is a very difficult test, and I can see now why God calls them as-Sabaqoon. (3:15) Those who are the elite of the elite, as-Sabaqoon as-Sabaqoon, the elite of the elite. (3:20) Because it is a very difficult test, and I myself went through it, so I'm speaking from experience. (3:29) God says they are thullatum min al-awwaleen, many from the first generation. (3:34) We are the first generation. (3:35) Wa qadeelun min al-akhileen, a few from the later generation. (3:42) We are the ones who took the difficult test. (3:47) Many will be jumping on the wagon in the near future, and thousands and millions are going to join us in the future. (3:54) But they don't deserve as much credit as you. (4:00) I was staying at Farima and Amir Kulaini's house in San Francisco a couple of months ago. (4:10) And Farima and Amir, like myself, who grew up with the traditional Islam, (4:19) they told us that Muhammad was the last prophet, the last messenger. (4:24) But Farima and Amir passed the test, and they accepted me as God's messenger. (4:30) They looked at the evidence, and they believed me. (4:35) They actually believed God, because God said, (4:38) la yamasuhu illa al-musaharoon. (4:40) God said that none can touch this book of mine, except those who are worthy of it. (4:47) And they said since God revealed the miracle of the Quran through this man, then he cannot be a liar. (4:54) And they concluded that God is telling the truth. (4:58) It's not as easy as I'm telling you now. (5:00) It's a myth, but they passed it very easily. (5:03) A couple of days later, after I stayed with Farima and Amir, (5:08) the neighborhood children came to ask, who is that messenger of God? (5:12) Because Farima and Amir's children went around saying, this was sleeping in our house. (5:20) For the children, for the youth of generation, (5:25) Now God says he promises al-husna, the beauty, enjoyment, and heaven for all of the believers. (5:32) But Farima and Amir's children cannot get the same credit as Farima and Amir. (5:38) These are children, they are growing up, they have no hang-ups. (5:42) They say the Quran said this is God's messenger, and we believe it, and for them it is easy. (5:50) Can you see the difference? (5:53) So I congratulate you. (5:56) The test is very difficult. (5:58) And I said I passed it, I mean I went through it. (6:04) Alhamdulillah I did pass it, because I am like you, we are in the same boat. (6:09) I am required also to believe that Rasulallah is a messenger of God. (6:15) And it took me 80 years. (6:17) Some of you are probably better than me in that respect, it didn't take you that long. (6:21) But it took me 80 years. (6:25) And this gives me a chance to make a talk to some of my most beloved friends. (6:33) Adeeb, where is Adeeb? (6:36) This man is the most curious creature on earth. (6:40) He is very curious, he knows your grandmother's name by now. (6:46) You may not know that he knows, but he is very curious. (6:50) And he comes to me, I mean he goes to the supermarkets and reads all the pamphlets, (6:57) and all the bulletin boards, everything. (6:59) He is very curious. (7:01) And it doesn't make it easy, but he comes to me and says, how does the revelation come to you? (7:06) Do you see Gabriel? (7:08) What does he tell you? (7:09) What do you tell him? (7:10) In what form? (7:12) And it is very difficult to convey this to him, but I can see the disappointment in his face. (7:19) He is very dear to me, because he is a believer. (7:22) Firooz Karmani is also a very curious person, but who would tell you that? (7:26) Very curious. (7:28) And he asked me the same question. (7:30) And he is very, very dear to me, Firooz Karmani. (7:33) And the disappointment on his face just breaks my heart. (7:36) I don't know what to tell him. (7:38) So I am going to tell you now. (7:42) I see the disappointment on Adeeb's face, and I see it on Firooz's face. (7:47) I don't know if I can satisfy their curiosity or not, but I will try. (7:53) There is a precedent in the Quran. (7:55) As you know, Gabriel appeared to Maryam. (7:58) He told her he was Gabriel. (8:00) But what did she say? (8:02) She said, inni a'udhu bilrahmani aminka. (8:05) I seek refuge in God from you. (8:09) So she assumed that he is Satan, or an agent of Satan, or something bad. (8:17) And before we jump to any conclusions, I want to set some records straight. (8:23) Gabriel is a messenger of God. (8:26) He is the messenger who carries the revelations. (8:29) He is an angel. (8:29) God calls him al-Ruh al-Ameen. (8:33) The honest bearer of revelations, al-Ruh al-Ameen. (8:40) And we may have human visions of Gabriel. (8:48) And we may convey on him human characteristics. (8:53) Like, he may say, you are God's messenger. (8:57) And I say, get away from me, you are sick. (9:01) We will think that he will get mad. (9:02) I say, I am telling you, you are God's messenger. (9:05) No, he doesn't. (9:06) He is very mild, very understanding, very gentle, and very respectful. (9:17) And he never, never utters the things that we would utter. (9:22) Like, I am telling you, you better do the announcement, or listen. (9:27) It is amazing, of course, God gave them certain powers, they see certain things, and they (9:32) have tremendous understanding, the angels do. (9:35) So they are really angels, the word angels, as we understand it, is very fitting. (9:43) Now, I went through the test, because the way the revelation comes through to the deep, (9:52) is that when God is sending information to us, Gabriel seems to just take over my brain, (10:04) completely. (10:05) I am nothing else, I can do nothing else, except deal with the piece of information (10:10) that is coming. (10:14) So, I stated in the perspective one time that surah Yaseen, verse 3, (10:19) innaka amina mursaleen. (10:21) I said it most assertively, Gabriel told me that innaka amina mursaleen, verse 3, applies (10:26) to you, surely you are one of the messengers. (10:30) And I tried to avoid that, because it is a very strong statement, and I grew up saying (10:41) Yaseen, I was even told that Yaseen is the name of Muhammad. (10:46) But my brain was taken over, and you are one of the messengers, I said go away you Satan, (10:52) which is what Mary said. (10:56) And then a very mild and a very gentle debate will go on, why do you think I am Satan? (11:02) Didn't you say audhu billahi min ash-shaitani rajeem? (11:06) I will actually say this, I will say audhu billahi min ash-shaitani rajeem, I seek refuge (11:10) in God from Satan, the rejected. (11:12) And I will say rabbi a'udhu billahi min alhamdulillahi wa alhamdulillahi, my lord I seek refuge (11:16) in you from the whispers of the devil. (11:19) wa a'udhu billahi min alhamdulillahi wa alhamdulillahi, and I seek refuge in you my lord that they (11:24) come close to me. (11:26) And the debate will say, you said this statement not to believe God, he will protect you? (11:35) I am not Satan. (11:37) And this is when Maryam said, I seek refuge in God from you, she said a'udhu billahi (11:43) min ash-shaitani rajeem, I seek refuge in the most gracious from you, and kunta taqiyyah, (11:49) if this means anything to you, not always you, you will understand what I am saying, (11:53) if you are really Gabriel. (11:57) Gabriel appeared to Maryam in the form of a human being, this did not happen in my case. (12:02) My case is strictly here. (12:04) So I dismiss the thought, but then I am totally incapacitated as far as thinking is concerned, (12:11) or doing anything, so I ignore the thought and say, I am going to read some Quran. (12:15) Then I open the Quran and my brain is taken over, you are one of the messengers. (12:22) Surah Yaseen 3 applies to you. (12:25) So this is, I hope I satisfied at least some of your curiosity, but I know tomorrow we (12:32) But it was very difficult. (12:36) I also, I think I need to make a correction also. (12:39) I was never asked to make the announcement. (12:43) I think the way I put it down, I may not have expressed myself, I was never ordered, until (12:50) the time of the announcement, eight years before that, I was not ordered, but it was (12:55) implied. (12:57) Like I said there is gentleness and mindness, and obviously there was destiny, there was (13:03) a certain time for the announcement. (13:06) But I was just told in this fashion, of all the information, that you are God's messenger, (13:12) and I went on my many ways, saying I will preach the word of God alone, the worship (13:18) of God alone, you don't need any announcement. (13:21) You said ok, fine, ok, I know I am God's messenger, fine, leave me alone, this kind of thing. (13:28) And then, in the first conference, Satan wanted to spoil that, and jump the gun, and do something. (13:44) And Susan Ray kind of let the cat out of the bag from pure speculation, and then at that (13:54) time, because Ismail is here, I am going to relate this part. (13:59) Catherine Colton was just telling me that when that happened, and there was a big commotion, (14:07) she went in the room and she found Ismail Barakat and Qasem Ahmed in Malaysia, and Mehri (14:11) and Mahmoud Perouz, conferring about this disaster. (14:16) And Ismail Barakat was facing the room, he was very angry, and he made a statement that (14:23) Ismail is here, and he said, I am going to ask him point blank if he is God's messenger or not. (14:30) He was whispering by the way. (14:35) But Catherine heard it loud and clear, and he was determined to ask me, at the same time (14:44) I was praying very hard, saying please God don't let anybody ask me point blank, are (14:48) you God's messenger? (14:50) Because I would have told them. (14:52) I would have said yes at the time. (14:58) What was that? (15:07) That was correspondence, right? (15:09) So I didn't answer you. (15:11) That was easy. (15:16) I was in San Francisco, and there was a lot of turmoil, he was there, and here is Ismail (15:24) Barakat, a hard-headed Egyptian, determined, I mean really determined, he let me out, to (15:31) ask me point blank, are you God's messenger? (15:34) And I was, Catherine said that she was watching me, and I was very quiet. (15:39) What she didn't know, maybe she knows now, but I was praying very hard, please God, don't (15:44) let anybody ask me that question, I don't need anything like this, I am going to preach (15:49) the word alone, and worship you alone. (15:52) Now what happened Ismail? (15:54) I'll give you two minutes. (15:58) You were determined. (15:59) Yes. (16:00) And we discussed it with President Ahmed, and we had gone to San Francisco to knock down (16:11) idols, we didn't want any new ones, you see. (16:16) So we looked through the Quran, and to us a messenger was one who received scripture. (16:23) And this guy didn't receive any scripture, not as far as we know, and if he says that (16:27) he received scripture, he's a liar. (16:29) So I was determined to ask him point blank and get the thing over with. (16:33) And God is my witness, I couldn't open my mouth to ask that question. (16:38) Thank you. (16:50) Sometime later Ismail was telling me, I can't explain why I was so determined to ask you (16:54) and what made me, I just, I didn't do it. (17:01) So obviously God answered my prayers. (17:05) And time went by and I got to make the announcement, and I said some of you may be ahead of me (17:12) because I really agonized over that khutbah, the 7th of Friday, how will I tell my friends, (17:20) brothers and sisters about this announcement, how many of them will I lose? (17:25) I love them very much, I want them to go with me, insha'Allah to heaven. (17:30) And I dreaded losing any of them. (17:33) So I had a sleepless night, and then I go for the khutbah on Friday, and very eloquently, (17:41) as eloquently as I can, I deliver the khutbah, and I tell them that I am ordered to announce (17:46) that I am God's messenger. (17:50) Then I go to Catherine Colton for example, and oh, I have to just break to you my condition (18:04) at the time, okay, I'm sweating away. (18:07) What do you think of this Catherine? (18:09) She said, I'll do that on the phone. (18:14) What is the big deal? (18:16) Then I turn to Mahdasham and Susan, and they said, what took you so long? (18:21) Here I am, I'm out of breath and I'm sweating away, because these guys knew all along. (18:26) The funniest one, I went to Laurie also, she said, well, so, what's the big deal? (18:33) I'm about to die, I have a heart attack or something. (18:36) And all these guys already knew, somehow, without an announcement, just like I knew, (18:42) without an announcement. (18:44) The funniest one was Ihsan Ramadan, where is he? (18:47) Where is Ihsan? (18:48) Raise your hand. (18:50) Ihsan was going to our children saying, this man is a messenger of God, I know he is a (18:55) messenger of God, but does he know? (19:00) How can I break this news to him? (19:10) When these guys were ahead of me, of course I told them what my daughter said, this is (19:17) the toughest test, it is very tough, and I congratulate you, and that's why I went into (19:24) Lent. (19:30) I was also trying to take account of this conference, and I have lost some of my dearest (19:38) friends, because I was subtle. (19:45) So I'm not going to be subtle. (19:48) Mahmoud, the person that says they are merciful among themselves and harsh on the disbelievers, (19:52) I'm not going to name names, I'm going to be direct and step forward. (19:59) After congratulating most of you, there are individuals who, I'm afraid may go to hell, (20:12) if they are kind they will love me for saying this, if they are not kind they will hate (20:17) me, which doesn't make any difference. (20:21) So I was standing in the lunch line, and Lidia said how nice and smooth the conference is (20:28) going, and Kathy Robinson took the word out of my mouth and said it's not over yet. (20:36) So Lidia almost zonked me and said what do you mean? (20:39) I said yeah it's not over yet, wait till you hear me, so I may cause a lot of turmoil. (20:51) I need to remember the test. (20:55) Yes, the test is very difficult, but if the person is not a believer, it is amazing how (21:02) flimsy the test can be. (21:05) And they flunked. (21:07) And this happened to some of my dearest friends, because inside their heart they were not believers. (21:18) By flimsy I give you an example, this is not what happened, but it is an example. (21:23) They will come to the masjid, they will look at the miracle, they will read the translation, (21:29) they will discuss the matter with me, they will say worshipping God alone is reasonable, (21:32) this is what we believe. (21:34) Following the words of God alone is fine, this is what we believe. (21:37) Then they go out, and a block away they meet somebody who tells them yes, what? (21:42) Ghusaf Khalifa picks his nose and says, he does? (21:50) I will never go there again. (21:54) That's how flimsy the test can be. (21:59) I mean here I have given an example, a miracle that God revealed through us, the believers, (22:05) a whole bunch of us. (22:09) And then for a flimsy reason they will flunk the test. (22:12) It is a very difficult test, but then it reflects their belief or disbelief inside. (22:20) We had many people come to the mosque, to the masjid Jussah, they come to the Quranic studies, (22:26) they come to the private prayers, and they would be seemingly good believers. (22:31) Now this is what actually happens. (22:35) Then, of course, they have to be tested, surah 2, verse 2 of surah 29. (22:42) The people think they will be led to say we believe without being put to the test. (22:47) We will certainly test them to distinguish the truthful from the liars. (22:53) They have to be tested. (22:55) And it is in my best interest, but I happen to fall in love with people easily, especially (23:00) when they say we are believers. (23:01) I was telling you that Hadith is very dear to me, the rules are very dear to me. (23:06) And I explained to you this matter of revelation, even though it is really impossible to convey (23:13) it, I want to tell you anything, I want everything to be open, I don't want anything to be mysterious. (23:18) And I don't want you to hesitate. (23:20) If there is anything mysterious or taboo or something, there is no taboo, there is no (23:31) mystery, you come forward and ask. (23:34) But why are they dear to me? (23:37) It is because they are believers. (23:40) One of the best advantages of being God's messenger is that I get to know the believers, (23:45) true believers. (23:48) It is such an honor, because believers are a rare, precious commodity. (23:55) God said so in the Quran. (23:57) God says most people no matter what you do will not believe, and most of those who believe (24:01) will fall in high divorce. (24:03) So it is in my best interest that people go through the test and the hypocrites are sifted (24:10) away, but like I said I happen to fall in love with these people. (24:15) So we have these people come to the message, appear to be nice, good believers, and then (24:22) the test. (24:24) And Satan sent a man who is very eloquent and very clever, a man who does not do the (24:32) five prayers, claims to be a Muslim, and as he sips his whiskey, he tells them Mishat (24:38) Khalifa is bad. (24:40) It is not exactly he picks his nose, but he does not keep his word. (24:46) Or he scratches his left ear occasionally. (24:48) Some blames him, and they say oh, ok, they will not go to the mosque again. (24:55) So it reflects, it hurts me, but again it explains why I congratulate you for passing (25:07) the test, the most difficult test, the test of messengership. (25:19) I don't want to miss anything, I wrote some notes very quickly here. (25:23) God says I will divert from my revelations, those who are arrogant. (25:28) And the only reason people flunk this very difficult test is ego, and God goes out of (25:41) His way in the Quran and repeats that say I am a human being like you, I am a human (25:49) being like you, and you know what you are, you look perfect. (25:56) No one is God's messenger, whoever it is. (26:00) I am a human being like you, the key word is like you. (26:04) But what is God's messenger? (26:07) It is a person through whom God is sending information. (26:12) And the messenger himself is required to listen to this information and is required like you (26:19) to look at it and believe it, or disbelieve it. (26:23) And it is the same difficulty that you are going through. (26:29) But it is information from God. (26:33) This is why God says manuqa ar-rasulul khalaqa Allah, whoever obeys the messenger obeys God. (26:39) This doesn't mean idol worship, which is used frequently to flunk some people. (26:48) You are idolizing yourself, we know better than that. (26:52) We are listening to the information that is coming from God. (26:59) There is another verse that says falaa wa rabbika, it is a very strong verse, falaa wa rabbika. (27:06) God is saying no, by your law, falaa wa rabbika laa yu'minoon, they are not believers. (27:11) hatta yuhakimoon, until they ask your judgment. (27:16) fee maa shajara baynahum, in whatever opinions they dispute. (27:20) thumma laa yajadu fee anfusihim haraja, until they find no hesitation in them whatsoever. (27:25) mimma qadaiqa, about your judgment. (27:29) wa yusallimu tasliman, very powerful word, yusallim, submit completely. (27:38) This falaa wa rabbika laa yu'minoon, by your law they are not believers. (27:49) There is a lady from my cohort, her name is Christina, she stopped me this morning. (27:58) Christina, I am not sure, she told me I believe in God alone, I also believe in God alone, (28:03) I believe in the Quran, the Quran alone. (28:08) I don't believe you are a messenger of God. (28:14) What did you say? (28:36) We had the same incident in Vancouver, where privately between her and me, (28:43) she said I don't believe you are a messenger of God. (28:45) And then when she came out in public like this, she said I believe you are a messenger of God. (28:53) So what were you telling me this morning? (28:55) She said that I believe that you should teach your brethren, all of us, the belief in God ourselves, (29:03) through reading the Quran and through prayer, and not make decisions in their own personal lives, (29:08) the way you have been doing. (29:10) I think it's a dangerous action. (29:12) I came out of the church where they did that, and the minister that was the head of the church, (29:16) Herbert W. Armstrong, was led into sin, and I believe it's because he did not teach the people (29:24) to lean on God alone, he taught them to lean on him. (29:27) I believe he did, actually. (29:30) Herbert W. Armstrong was a great man, and I believe he did not believe Jesus was God, (29:34) the Son of God, and I believe he is a Muslim. (29:37) Yes, he has to believe. (29:38) He did teach the people to be led by God alone. (29:41) But at the end of his life, he was teaching people to do what he said. (29:46) And that was the problem in that church. (29:48) Okay, so you are telling me what to do? (29:50) No, I was trying to warn you, privately, not to read the Quran. (29:57) I was trying to explain to you the pitfalls of that, and I was trying to tell you to stand, (30:05) to lean on people, to be led by God on your own, through reading the Quran and prayer. (30:11) That's where my position is. (30:14) Okay, I want to read the last verse of surah 58. (30:30) Under the subtitle, run for your life. (30:32) It says, you will not find people who believe in God and the last day, (30:35) befriending those who oppose God and his messenger, (30:39) even if they were their parents, or their children, or their siblings, or their tribe. (30:46) You will not find people who believe in God and the last day, (30:50) befriending those who oppose God and his messenger. (30:55) Do you believe in God's messenger? (30:58) Does he do the contract prayer in the way I do? (31:01) Yes. (31:01) No, he doesn't. (31:03) Does he do the prayer in the way I do, Reverend? (31:04) No, he doesn't. (31:06) No, he doesn't. (31:06) Thank you. (31:11) Well, if you read letters in Vancouver from all over the world. (31:16) I am reading my copies and scriptures in my possession, for example. (31:21) Okay, can I have them? (31:22) I will read them. (31:23) Can I have them? (31:24) You never do enough for God. (31:26) And this is one problem. (31:27) You find a position in Zod that doesn't change with other people. (31:32) Okay, I am glad you brought this up, because I remember this Satanic principle of do not Zod. (31:38) Okay, I want us all to be aware of this statement. (31:42) Do not Zod. (31:45) One of the names of this book is Al-Furqan, the fertility. (31:49) With which we are to Zod. (31:51) This is Satan's most famous principle and you hear it every day. (31:54) Do not Zod. (31:56) By God we can Zod, because we have the law. (32:00) We are judged by the human law, and we can Zod by God's law. (32:04) When God says that the disbeliever will go to hell, we can say that the disbeliever will go to hell. (32:09) When God says you do not find people who believe in God, and hereafter befriend those who oppose (32:15) God and his messengers. (32:16) And you see some of your most beloved friends breaking this criterion, and constantly associating (32:26) with enemies of God and God's messengers. (32:29) You have to worry about them. (32:30) And as I said in the beginning, what I am about to say, if the people are guided, they will (32:36) love me for it, if they are not guided, they will hate me for it. (32:45) No, you told me this morning I do not believe in God's messenger, which is, I don't care (32:49) about this myself, but you are blaspheming against God. (32:52) Because God says none can touch the Quran except those who are sincere. (32:58) So in other words you are saying I am a liar. (33:01) If I am a liar, you know what it means if I am a liar? (33:04) It means that I am a person who does not believe in the hereafter. (33:08) A person who does not believe that someday he will miss God and will be asked why did (33:11) he do this, why did he say that. (33:18) All of them are bad. (33:19) I am either a liar, I made a mistake, or I forgot. (33:24) But this is a very serious matter. (33:29) Now Susan Gray is about to get into the act, and Susan comes all the way from Europe to (33:33) tell the people that she knows better Arabic than me, but my translation is wrong, and (33:40) therefore we have to have a representation of the other side. (33:47) And you thought this conference is going peacefully? (33:50) May I interrupt for one second? (33:53) I need a volunteer to take Farzeen, Farima, and Zareen to the airport. (33:59) I will be with you in one minute. (34:01) Just one minute. (34:02) Do we have a volunteer to take them to the airport? (34:05) Okay, Eric, can you take my keys? (34:07) Otis. (34:25) I'm sorry, but they have to catch a plane. (34:33) Sophie, and Raymond, and Susan, I know you don't mind my practice, but I… (34:42) I just want to say, if I have ever hurt you, or if my family ever hurt you, I seek refuge (34:51) in Allah from Satan, the rejected one, and I repent. (34:55) That's all I can say. (34:58) I'm the Allah's guidance to the right path, if we are guided by Satan. (35:04) Sophie, I am in the same boat with you, I am striving to make it to heaven, insha'Allah, (35:09) and I want you and Raymond, I know you are striving to make it to heaven, but I think (35:17) I love you too much, maybe. (35:19) You have been in this movement from day one, you have been solid, but you associate. (35:24) In fact, Satan is waiting for you in Vancouver right now, don't you know that? (35:28) You know that. (35:30) You know some enemies of God and God's messenger will be waiting for you. (35:35) And you are going to treat them very nicely, you will probably invite them to your house. (35:38) When I was in Vancouver, you had Lulu Baknoon in your house, even though she was blaspheming (35:43) against me and lying about me. (35:47) It is this kind of thing, you are doing it out of kindness, Sophie, I am not attacking (35:50) you or Raymond. (35:52) You believe that this is the right thing? (35:59) Who was a disbeliever? (36:05) Who was a disbeliever? (36:07) Oh, okay. (36:21) You are welcome in my home, and you don't dare go and stay in a hotel. (36:26) If you remember that time, you were facing the Saudis at that time. (36:33) When Lulu Baknoon came to my home, she came and she said that she wanted to meet you, (36:38) and she wanted to meet you. (36:41) This hadith thing she wrote, I didn't know about it, I explained to you on my phone. (36:49) I discussed it with Lulu, I said, Lulu, you are mistaken. (36:56) She wanted to meet with you. (36:59) The way I see it, you guys could meet, and if there was a misunderstanding between the (37:03) believers, unless this, you should reconcile. (37:07) That's the way I look at it. (37:09) I never looked at it in the sense that I was supporting a disbeliever. (37:14) Well, fine. (37:15) I didn't see it. (37:15) You can ask as much as you want. (37:18) You can ask as much as you want. (37:20) I have never worried about you, whether or not you were opposing God, opposing God's (37:25) messenger, in your house. (37:26) When you told me how you felt about it, the girl was on a bus the next day, and she was (37:34) on her way to Alaska. (37:36) Is this not a fact? (37:38) Yes. (37:39) You don't need to worry. (37:40) I love you for it. (37:41) I'm happy. (37:41) See, this is why I'm doing this. (37:43) Because I hope you will do this in the future. (37:46) But you will not associate with them in the future. (37:48) In other words, you treat them as God wants us to treat them. (37:53) God says, letter of canon, do not leave, letter of canon, to those who are going wrong. (37:59) Sussan. (38:02) Can I ask you a question, Dr. Haitham? (38:07) Is there, was there any mistake, if it was rather for language or interpretation, in (38:18) your first translation of Quran? (38:25) The first translation of the Quran is an authorized translation. (38:28) I agree with you. (38:31) Every word here is the word of God. (38:33) This is not my word. (38:35) This is not my translation, this is God's translation. (38:39) There are certain things that I don't understand. (38:44) Before you open the first box of this Quran, I told the people in Masjid Sussan, this is (38:49) already obsolete. (38:52) Because God sends His message in stages, even in the original Quran that the Prophet Muhammad (38:57) delivered. (38:59) And I have many examples to show you. (39:02) So if you find, I want to share a principle, just a minute, I want to share a principle (39:08) with all of you. (39:10) That, like I said, God says, say, I am a human being like you. (39:14) Which means that I am not perfect, just like you. (39:17) I take my notes. (39:19) What is that? (39:22) It's not true. (39:24) It's not true. (39:25) Leave. (39:27) You get to vote. (39:30) That's all I said, please vote. (39:33) No, no, there is something I want to say. (39:35) What I want to share with you is, if you see me as a bad person, then it is your tough luck. (39:43) If you see me as a perfect person, it is because God wants to guide you. (39:49) However, the truth is, I am not a perfect person. (39:52) But, every one of you have gone through this experience. (39:56) You meet somebody, and you are really dumb and stupid, and you cannot say a thing to (40:02) this person to help him. (40:03) And as soon as the person leaves, you remember all the verses in the Quran and the things (40:08) that you needed. (40:09) It is tough luck for that person, that person will leave thinking that you are a stupid person. (40:15) And many times you meet somebody and you will be very eloquent, and all the Quran verses (40:19) will come, you will say the right words. (40:23) And it is because that person, God wants to guide that person. (40:26) So, the way you perceive me depends on whether God wants to send you away or to bring you (40:32) to the message. (40:34) This is a very known principle in the Quran. (40:39) Ok, I am going to... (40:42) You want to prove that I made mistakes in this translation and the other translations? (40:47) Ok, what are you trying to prove? (40:49) I was the first one who told all these people that you are in the center of God, and this (40:57) can never, no one take it away from you, because it is something which is done. (41:03) You have brought the key to the mathematical code of Quran. (41:09) This is absolutely undiscussable. (41:12) What? (41:12) Ok, I just asked you because this is getting a very, very dangerous situation. (41:19) I was the one, about 1986, that I swore in front of God that I am going to back you up (41:31) until my last drop of blood. (41:34) And this I meant it. (41:36) But I am going to back up the messenger of God. (41:42) The messenger means exactly what this message is. (41:47) Your message is absolutely untouchable. (41:52) You are the messenger for that message. (41:56) But the situation is getting very dangerous because today, today, I was saying, looking (42:03) in you in the last edition of Quran you translated, and I found that there was a difference of (42:12) meaning. (42:13) And then when I showed this to one person, this person said, do you know better than he (42:22) does? (42:22) Exactly what you are saying that Susan Ray knows better Arabic than I. (42:27) This is not the point. (42:29) Because we are human beings, we are able to make mistakes. (42:35) And this, if I am showing, it's because this edition should be corrected too, as you are (42:42) doing it now. (42:44) But the person is dangerous because this person tells me, if you are saying that this is wrong, (42:54) you are an unbeliever. (42:56) This is the danger that I am talking about. (43:00) I am not criticizing you. (43:03) This is getting very dangerous. (43:06) You have got to do something about this. (43:09) You are the one who said, first is the Quran. (43:12) And the messenger is Quran. (43:16) We have got, God says that you have one ummah. (43:20) It means one line. (43:22) And this is, this Quran. (43:23) You are dividing it, Susan, you are dividing the ummah, and this is, everybody knows that. (43:29) You know, if you are really sincere, and you really worry about the message and the messenger, (43:36) you will come to me and ask me, because I am the one who made that change, if I may say. (43:44) Whatever you are asking, showing the person that I made a mistake or made a change, you (43:48) will come to me and discuss it with me, because I am concerned. (43:55) You are subverting the message. (43:58) You are telling the people, you are putting doubts in their minds. (44:00) I am not, and I am not. (44:02) This is the danger, because every time that I said that there might be a mistake, these (44:08) people, they thought I am against you. (44:10) This is, this is ridiculous. (44:12) What is the purpose of telling that there is a mistake? (44:13) If you are able to come to me and discuss it, I will share it with everybody. (44:25) If I am unaware of it, Susan, if you are not following the Quran, the Holy Quran, nothing (44:41) but the Quran, see, if you are not, Susan, Susan, last year you spoke, and you said (44:50) lots of things that are not in the Quran. (44:52) Our principle, our principle here, our principle here is, if it is not in the Quran, we do (44:59) not follow it, we do not believe it, if it is not in the Quran. (45:02) You have to get rid of all those things. (45:04) We have got to sit, discuss, and show each other, if we are out of Quran, or we are not. (45:18) Susan Ray, some, may have some good points, may have some mistakes. (45:23) Last year, she insisted on a point, she claimed something very strange. (45:30) That, last year, we had a discussion, a rough discussion here with you, and one of your (45:39) claims that now I remember, can you hear me? (45:43) Okay, one of your claims that I remember now, that at the end of 88, somebody will come (45:51) and from darkness will pass to light. (45:54) Now, I, (46:06) Susan, last year we had a discussion, and we discussed on Yawm al-Din, and also you made (46:22) some interpretation on Surat al-Nur, light will come, and I have received a letter from (46:30) you in Turkey, when I was in Turkey, your claim also, I think your claim here, I don't (46:35) remember exactly, but I remember that your claim that you are very sure that at the end (46:41) of 88, this will come. (46:45) I don't know, somebody, what it is, it will come. (46:49) Now, I want to change the subject, I want to ask you, what has come, if it is so important, (46:56) I want to give you a chance, I will ask Rashad to give you a chance, what had come at the (47:02) end of 88, that should have changed, supposed to be changed, everything in the earth? (47:10) If it is a mistake, but you made a lot of trouble that time, you were claiming, and (47:17) you were so... (47:18) Why trouble? (47:19) Can't anyone say what you think? (47:21) Yes, we discussed... (47:22) This is the only place that we have the liberty from God to speak, and this is what I have (47:30) hoped, that our authority will be different from the others. (47:35) Okay, if we insist our wishes higher, if everybody can separate an hour from Quran, this year (47:43) will be this, I am sure, you must remain this. (47:46) Or, I understand... (47:47) You tell them to help you some way, I am not going to believe what you say. (47:51) Who is going to make you? (47:53) Excuse me? (47:53) Who is going to make you? (47:55) Force you, what else? (47:55) No, not force, but we are... (47:58) Not to get too mad. (48:00) We are here, must agree on the subject, and, thank you. (48:15) I want to make this clear, we are not going to subvert anything, or think behind anybody's (48:22) back, I want to bring everything out, and I want you to know that I love Raymond and (48:28) Sophie very much, and I know they are believers. (48:32) There are things I worry about them, like I worry about my brother or sister or parents, (48:37) I just worry Raymond. (48:39) You know I love you very much, and you know I want you to be in the vanguard of the believers. (48:47) But you see, it is also dangerous, because if you sucked in anything that God does not (48:53) want you to do, you influence a lot of people around you who may listen to you also. (48:58) I can assure you it took me a lot of struggle and many years to get where I am today, and (49:04) it will take something far far greater than Christine, or anything that you can consider (49:08) evil, to get into my soul. (49:10) My soul, inshallah, is only going to one place. (49:20) This is my vote, and I know inshallah God will help you achieve that. (49:26) I think I better close and maybe leave it to questions for a while, but I want to close (49:31) with the verse in surah 49, that says first of all, I am not a popularity seeker, I don't (49:37) care if I am all by myself, this is God's business, it is not my business, I have nothing (49:43) to do with it, this is God's business. (49:46) But it is my duty to share with you this verse, that says in surah 49, innama al-mu'minoon, (49:52) innama is an exclusive letter, meaning the only believers, innama al-mu'minoon, the only (49:58) believers, allatheena amanu billahi wa rasoolihi, of those who believe in God and His Messenger, (50:05) dhumma laka al-khayru, and then harbour no doubt whatsoever. (50:11) This is the definition of the believer. (50:14) Now, because of what is happening in our generation, we have a tremendous responsibility, and with (50:21) it there is tremendous blessing that will include us in the elite of the elite, but also (50:27) tremendous responsibility that brings the worst disaster. (50:35) If I am right in my assessment of Christie and what she told me this morning, and unless (50:42) she is saved by God's mercy, she would be the sorriest person on the Day of Judgment, (50:47) because she came so close. (50:51) This is coming very close, they are being in the same room with God's message and God's (50:56) Messenger, listening and witnessing. (51:01) And on the Day of Judgment, we see this in surah 57, I am going to read this and quit, (51:04) I mean, have you asked the question. (51:07) When you come so close, it is very dangerous. (51:13) There are only two extremes in this room, there are only two extremes. (51:17) The extremely fortunate, those who are fantastically fortunate. (51:25) And then there is the worst disbelievers. (51:30) There is no in-between in this room. (51:32) You are going to go either to the top or to the bottom, and it is your neck. (51:38) The truth is evident and falsehood is evident, and you make the choice. (51:44) I am not interested in numbers, or popularity, or how many millions, I really don't care. (51:49) I am amazed how many people are believing, I am amazed, I am gratified, and I am very (51:54) happy. (51:59) Surah 57, at the start of verse 15, on that day, on the Day of Judgment, the hypocrite (52:11) men and women, these are hypocrite meaning people who claim to believe, but in their (52:17) hearts they are not believing. (52:19) The hypocrite men and women will say to those who believe, will say to the elite of the (52:24) elite, please allow us to absorb some of your light, in other words, we need energy, we (52:30) need food, we are hungry, give us some of your food, some energy, some light. (52:36) It will be said, go back behind you and seek light. (52:41) A barrier will be set up between them, whose gate separates mercy on the inner side from (52:47) retribution on the outer side. (52:50) They will call upon them, were we not with you? (52:55) Remember that day in oracle, we were all sitting in the same meeting hall, were we not with (53:00) you? (53:03) And they will answer, yes, you were with us. (53:09) But you cheated your souls, hesitated, doubted, and became misled by wishful thinking, until (53:21) God's judgment came. (53:24) You were diverted from God by illusions. (53:28) So just by being here doesn't mean you are going to make it to the elite of the elite. (53:34) God does not want wishy-washies or doubtful people, God wants solid believers. (53:40) I know them, and you know them. (53:45) But they are people that I love very much, and I want them all to be elite of the elite. (53:52) I want you all to be elite of the elite. (53:55) And I want to end this speech with a happy note. (53:58) That in this whole here exists the most important people on earth, and the most important people (54:09) in the hereafter, for eternity. (54:11) The elite of the elite, and I congratulate you from my heart. (54:15) Congratulations. (54:16) Are there any questions or discussions? (54:19) We'll give it ten minutes this night. (54:23) We'll have ten minutes. (54:24) Are there any objections? (54:28) Complaints? (54:32) Anything unclear? (54:34) Cecilia. (54:42) Yesterday, yesterday, yesterday Mohammed came in and he said that he saw the sun going down (54:54) in this direction, and will be not returning this way. (55:01) I took him. (55:03) I was not sure of this, that you know he will make this way. (55:08) I asked him to sit down. (55:10) Okay, let me save time. (55:12) Let me save time. (55:12) And then, today this morning, the same subject came up. (55:16) Yeah, let me save time, that's what you want to deal with. (55:18) Okay. (55:19) You can fly this way and go to Mecca, you can also fly this way and go to Mecca. (55:22) So both directions are correct. (55:24) I'm aware that this is west. (55:26) But especially here on the west coast, we can go this way. (55:31) It's perfectly all right. (55:32) However, if you go that way, you'll face the kitchen, and you know, if you face this (55:36) way, you're facing the state. (55:37) So it's okay. (55:38) Don't worry. (55:39) I never told you, but then I was in love. (55:41) That's it. (55:49) Other issues? (55:49) Question? (55:54) Another question. (55:56) Last year, we learned the name of the mirror, Oracle. (56:01) I want to point out. (56:04) Are we celebrating over here or over there? (56:06) That's my question. (56:07) Here, but the ceremony will be there. (56:09) Okay. (56:10) The reception will be there. (56:12) We'll have the reception here, and what's the name of the recreation? (56:17) Okay, where's the bride? (56:19) Where's the bride? (56:20) Outside. (56:21) She went back and forth to the house. (56:23) She wanted to wait for us to get over. (56:25) She needs her house and I'm getting her house. (56:28) Okay. (56:29) The conference chairman is gone
