How many years you have in this life if the time till the Day of Judgement. No doubt if we are going to Heaven or Hell on that Day. Everyone's record will be tied to their neck - this is symbolic.
(0:03) Ten years, fifty years, a hundred years, whatever is left of your life. (0:08) That's how long you have until the day of judgment. (0:18) Nope, before you know it, you're going to be here. (0:21) Before you know it, you'll be on the day of judgment, on the day of judgment. (0:25) That's really when your rank is decided for eternity, yes. (0:29) I think one of the things that the Koran says that the day of judgment is nearer than what we believe. (0:37) Now, I hope I don't confuse the issue. (0:40) It's actually in the blink of an eye. (0:43) Yeah. (0:44) But, you know, this very important question that we discuss with other people, like the Christians. (0:52) The Christians and others, and some of them say, (0:56) let's suppose a man lives five thousand years. (1:04) Before judgment. (1:07) Suppose that the end of the world is the year 2000. (1:12) What was happening to him? You see how they are? (1:14) It's very interesting. (1:15) What was happening to him those seven, no, yeah. (1:21) What was happening to him those seven thousand years? (1:27) It seems to make sense. (1:29) And so people have to invent limbo, or a kind of purgatory where people are all placed in a big waste basket. (1:38) When somebody dies, Allah puts him in a waste basket. (1:41) Another one dies, and all the thousands of years pass, he collects them, and then he judges all of them. (1:47) I think this is a very wrong way of looking at it, right? (1:50) Because if we follow the Koran, we must not use our time dimension. (1:58) Before Allah, time is not the same. (2:02) This is already shown. (2:04) We must not look at the day of resurrection in terms of our earthly time dimension. (2:10) That is, and it's been emphasized in our book, (2:14) before Allah, resurrection has already taken place, (2:17) and people already have gone to heaven, and have gone to hell. (2:21) But to us, we are stuck to our material world. (2:26) We are thinking of those who died thousands, five thousand years, (2:29) and maybe those who will live the next so many thousand years. (2:33) But from the point of view, from another point of view, (2:41) if the resurrection is like one night, or like the blink of an eye, after our death, (2:49) then we don't ask anymore the question, (2:52) what happens to those who have been alive and who have died five thousand years ago? (3:00) Koran says very clearly, and the other religions also say, (3:04) that the final judgment of the last hour is for everyone. (3:08) It seems to be inconsistent with the fact that people died in the first century. (3:15) But not the way the Koran explains it. (3:17) Koran assumes, with the rest, it is one final judgment, one final hour, (3:25) and yet, between the time of our death and that, it's like the blink of an eye, and so on. (3:34) And I think, to me, that's the meaning of the verse, (3:37) that it is nearer than what we think it is. (3:41) Because to many people, especially Christians, they say, (3:44) well, I'll die now, and suppose the world will still exist for 20,000 years, (3:50) I will be in lingo for 20,000 years. (3:54) Therefore, the Koran is false. (3:56) But no, the Koran says, no, it's nearer. (3:59) And so people are expecting for it anytime. (4:01) Now, Christ himself said that the hour is near at hand. (4:06) And people were waiting. (4:08) In the year 1000, everybody thought it was going to be the last judgment. (4:12) And you're waiting. (4:13) Year 2000, everybody will wait for it. (4:17) Because the thing, near, in the sense of years. (4:21) And I think this, the Koran, is very clear, (4:23) where it strikes true the relativity of time, (4:26) between we and our ancestors, and we and our future descendants, (4:32) and the time between our lives now and the year, year after. (4:37) But the way the Koran explains it, I think all the difficulties are done. (4:42) And we need not ask the question anymore, (4:47) from the time we die, at the last hour, (4:50) how many thousands of years it will take place. (4:53) And I think Islam is the only religion that has given this answer. (4:57) As far as I know, my studies of comparative religion, (5:00) I don't know if I'm speaking sensibly. (5:02) Yes, yes, great. (5:14) Right, but as far as we're concerned, (5:17) and the people who died a long time ago, (5:18) between death and resurrection, there is no time. (5:21) It passes like one night. (5:23) So people, us, we sleep, wake up, sleep, wake up, sleep, wake up, die, wake up. (5:30) There's no difference at all between sleeping and dying. (5:33) In fact, people don't know that they die. (5:36) John Kennedy doesn't know he died. (5:39) He thinks he has a slight headache (5:41) He knows, yeah, yeah. (5:44) It seems like people can't know themselves at all, (5:47) so, you know, people have to, (5:48) and then they scream and stuff, because they don't know. (5:52) Right. (5:53) They're in for a surprise. (5:54) But where is death, though? (5:55) I mean, is it kind of ...? (6:00) Of course not, yeah. (6:02) It's a fraud. (6:03) I hope not, anyway. (6:05) They have to be critically dead before they're allowed to die. (6:20) There was a number of rich people who had their bodies frozen, (6:25) because this is what Angela is talking about. (6:28) They are waiting for scientific advances that will have, (6:32) that can solve the diseases, cure the diseases. (6:36) And one of the big, one of these big firms had a power breakdown (6:42) where all the bodies thawed. (6:45) That's right. (6:46) And the relatives are suing the firm for that. (6:51) But speaking of the time dimension that Dean McCullough was talking about, (6:54) actually, you can do it right here in this world. (6:56) If you go on a spaceship, you ride a rocket, (6:59) you go outside the Earth's atmosphere. (7:01) It's not like 50 miles from here. (7:04) Then there's no night, there's no day, there's no hour, there's no time. (7:12) Unless you want to use your heart like a clock or something. (7:16) But as soon as you leave, the reason we have night and day here (7:20) is that the sun is now on the other side of the Earth, (7:23) and we're in the shade. (7:25) But if you leave the planet Earth, there's no time. (7:29) Just to add something to that, (7:31) relativity physics teaches us a clock. (7:35) The length of a second is not fixed. (7:38) It depends on the speed that it's going. (7:41) And the old analogy is if somebody is 27 years old (7:45) and he could go close to the speed of light for 50 years (7:49) and then come back to the Earth, it would be thousands of years later. (7:54) So the idea of, the common sense idea of time (7:57) just being duration, being something fixed. (8:00) That's the theory of relativity. (8:02) And it's confirmed by the old occult doctrines in the Koran. (8:05) We have only 26 minutes. (8:07) We're not going that fast. (8:22) People don't know that when they die. (8:36) There are many examples of people who were involved in accidents, (8:39) they fainted, and when they came through, (8:43) they said they could have been dead, (8:45) but it just happened that they came back. (8:48) They didn't die. (8:49) So it doesn't matter what kind of death. (8:52) If people die, they don't know that they died. (8:59) Like Kathleen. (9:01) There's one thing you can see. (9:09) A person goes on the operating table ... (9:09) and then he either dies or comes back. (9:17) If he dies, he doesn't know. (9:19) When he opens his eyes, it's the day of resurrection, (9:22) and he looks from the darkness to ask, (9:24) was the operation successful? (9:28) And they tell him, oh, this is the day of judgment. (9:30) He says, hey, wait a minute. (9:35) What happened to my kids? (9:39) It was going to be a funny day, actually. (9:42) Only funny for the believers. (9:45) It's not funny for the disbelievers. (9:47) It's going to be a shocker for the disbelievers. (9:50) Well, what's the shock? (9:54) Okay, just like what you just said 2 minutes ago ... I'm going to imagine that if it's a believer (10:03) of Quran, then they already know if they were a student of quran (10:09) and all this, they should know that the angels are supposed to say (10:12) asalamoalaikum and all this kind of stuff or whatever on the day of judgement (10:17) I'm saying it's for the believers. (10:19) They're welcoming you, okay? (10:21) But what I'm thinking, also... (10:24) No, but you're talking about the angels (10:26) that communicate salam and all this (10:27) after you were resurrected. (10:29) That's what I'm talking about. (10:30) If they died on the table (10:32) and they were resurrected, (10:33) they were the believers, okay? (10:35) And what I'm saying is, like, (10:36) we know, well, we have an idea what it's going to be like on the day of resurrection, (10:42) but then we also fear God also. (10:45) And I was just wondering, would we know? (10:49) Would we be afraid and forget? (10:55) Your question is, do the believers know that they died? (10:59) Is that the question? (10:59) No. (11:01) It's just that I was wondering, (11:03) is they going to be so, right, (11:05) is they still going to be so afraid of Allah? (11:07) Because still, we don't know if we're believers or not, (11:11) even though we feel it. (11:13) I think we know. (11:13) When we wake up, (11:16) are we going to be assured that we're going together? (11:20) Right, right. (11:21) When you open your eyes, (11:22) you'll know that you're going to... (11:25) There won't be any moment of doubt? (11:27) No, but you'll look at your size. (11:31) Yeah. (11:31) What? (11:33) Your size. (11:33) You'll see yourself as big as a world and they go, (11:35) Uh-oh. (11:36) Okay, okay. (11:37) So in other words, (11:38) if the angels come to you and say, (11:40) As-Salamu Aleikum, (11:41) this is the day you've been waiting for, (11:43) then you know right away. (11:45) When you are resurrected, (11:47) the moment you are resurrected, (11:48) you'll know if you are the people of heaven (11:50) or the people of hell. (11:52) But then too, (11:53) is the As-Salamu Aleikum (11:55) and then the record, (11:58) or... (11:59) You know what I'm saying? (12:01) Did you get the record first (12:02) and As-Salamu Aleikum, (12:04) No, no. (12:05) The record will be in your neck. (12:07) Hand in your neck. (12:10) I mean, (12:11) not literally. (12:13) Everybody's record will be... (12:18) Will be tied to your neck. (12:20) I mean, this is just symbolic. (12:24) You'll have your record with you. (12:28) Okay, so I'm thinking (12:29) of the verse in the Quran (12:30) that tells you, (12:31) you know, (12:32) give you some type of idea, (12:34) but not... the right hand or behind your back (12:42) No, these are all symbolic. (12:43) But if you look up Surah 17, (12:46) it will tell you about that. (12:47) Surah 17, (12:49) the verse, (12:50) the number is 13. (12:54) Page 188. (12:56) 188. (12:59) Verse 1-3. (13:01) Under the subtitle, (13:03) the video record. (13:05) It says, (13:05) We have the record of every human being (13:07) tied to his neck. (13:09) Then, on the Day of Resurrection, (13:11) you will give him a record (13:12) that you will find accessible. (13:15) Read your record. (13:17) Today, (13:17) you suffice as reckoner for yourself. (13:20) So you be the judge, (13:22) in other words. (13:23) So that record that you'll find, (13:25) the video record (13:25) of your life from birth to death, (13:28) will explain to you (13:29) why you are in this position, (13:31) whatever position you find yourself in. (13:35) So that record (13:36) will simply explain to you why. (13:39) Okay, (13:40) this was in that other verse.
