(0:00) I have a particular slot on Cairo Radio where he read the Quran. (0:08) All the others were changed, the times, the dates, changed, but not Sheikh Abdullah. (0:12) He always recited the Quran at 6 o'clock in the morning every Tuesday on Cairo Radio, (0:21) for as long as I lived in Egypt, and after that. (0:25) So here I have a time, 6 o'clock in the morning, and the day, Tuesday. (0:31) So I went to Mecca for the pilgrimage, my parents were with me, and we prayed that morning (0:41) the Fajr at the Kaaba, and then we came back to our room, and I was preparing, that was (0:51) Tuesday, I was preparing to hear my favorite reciter on Cairo Radio, so I got my little (0:57) radio, and I sat in bed, my father and my mother sat in the same room, and I turned (1:05) the radio to Cairo. (1:08) And soon enough, here comes Sheikh Abdullah, and I can tell you, the reason I know that (1:14) I was fully awake, is I never, never, never, never fall asleep on Sheikh Abdullah. (1:22) And when I went for Hajj from here, I took with me 100 cassette tapes, and I gave them (1:29) to my brother Atif, and I told him specifically, I wanted to record anything that Al-Banna (1:35) comes on, whenever he comes on the radio or the TV or anything, record it, these 100 tapes, (1:40) I want them full of recitations of Sheikh Al-Banna. (1:45) Okay, so in Mecca now, back to Mecca, Tuesday, I'm sitting in my bed, turning the radio (1:52) to Cairo Radio, there comes Sheikh Al-Banna and he recites surah Al-Rahman. (1:57) Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim, Al-Rahman allama al-quran, khalaqa al-insan, and I'm in ecstasy. (2:06) And then, I didn't hear Al-Banna anymore. (2:10) I was taken to some place in the universe, and I know I was fully awake, but here I am (2:19) somewhere, and I saw these, at the time nothing was explained to me, it is none of your business (2:29) now, but you are here for some reason. (2:33) And I saw, all I was told was that these are all the prophets, Jesus, Moses, Muhammad, (2:41) David, Sarah, Jonah, Lot, Noah, all of them, I was told this is all of them. (2:47) And they appeared like those oval pictures that many of us have, except these are alive, (2:56) people of God showed them to me the way they looked in this world, because I probably would (3:03) have freaked out if God showed them to me in any other way. (3:07) And they have their different dresses, different turbans, and different robes, but the person (3:15) was oval, it was down from the head to the knees, and one by one, they came in one by (3:23) one, and they looked straight in my face, and they shake their heads approvingly, some (3:29) like this, approvingly, and then the person will go like that, and another one will come (3:34) this way, and so on, they kept going like this, and I didn't know which is which. (3:41) Only Abraham was identified to me, when Abraham came, I was told this is Abraham, and he is (3:49) the only one identified to me, and I didn't know what this was all about. (3:53) Then this ended, and when I came back, I looked at my father and I said, guess what, I just (4:02) met all the prophets, and Abraham was identified to me, and he looks like us. (4:08) Because it struck me, the resemblance, I remember what they look like, but I can't tell which (4:13) is which. (4:14) So, I thought that Abraham looks like us, the Caliphs, whoever, but when you look at (4:22) me, look at my brother, look at my sister, there is a particular look, and Abraham looked (4:26) like that. (4:27) But the first thing that my father said was, what did Muhammad look like? (4:34) I said sorry dad, I don't know which one was, but when I see him I recognize him again, (4:42) I didn't know what the name was. (4:45) Ok, so, I just enjoyed it very much, and I told my parents, and I told my friends, I (4:55) think I mentioned it maybe to Sa'ad in passing, it was not important to me, it was just, because (5:00) like I said, it was not my business, this is just something to be done. (5:05) So to make a long story short, four months ago, this was all explained to me. (5:12) And this is why I have been telling you that Allah swt is merciful and graceful to us, (5:18) and that in surah 3, verse 81, it was explained to me that this is in fulfillment of this verse. (5:27) That in retrospect, what happened was, that God took the person, the Rashad Khalifa, to (5:35) that place somewhere in the universe, and the prophets, they were told this is the person (5:42) who is to confirm all your messages, and to confirm all of you. (5:48) Do you approve? (5:50) Do you fulfill your pledge to me that you took before creation? (5:56) And every one of them was coming out to explain, now that it is explained I know what happened. (6:00) So they come in and they look at my face and say, yes we do, yes we agree, we support it, (6:07) and we believe. (6:08) And this is the explanation that came to me, so specifically, verse 81 of surah 3 is what (6:15) makes me dwell on that verse, because we are told, and God told us now. (6:22) I believe there are many, many, many messengers, because of what the Quran says. (6:30) You know that if I tell you anything that is not Quranic, you tell me to get out of here. (6:35) And I will be the first to denounce that. (6:37) But God says, in surah 16, (6:43) arabic (6:47) arabic (6:50) excuse me, this is surah 4. (6:53) arabic (6:55) The room meant with inspiration or revelation, or information, this is what the rooh is. (7:03) arabic (7:04) and according to his command, (7:07) arabic (7:08) upon whoever he wills, from among his servants, servants, lord. (7:14) arabic (7:16) that you shall preach, (7:18) arabic (7:19) if there is no god, (7:20) arabic (7:22) if there is no god, (7:25) arabic (7:26) and forget not. (7:29) The other verses in surah 4, where he says in the present tense, now this is the present tense. (7:40) And the verse in surah 4, I have to try to remember it now. (7:46) So at the beginning of surah 4 he had equated it. (7:48) But there is another verse in another surah that says, (7:54) arabic (7:55) arabic (7:55) God chooses from among the angels and from the people, (8:03) arabic (8:04) messengers. (8:06) There are many kinds of messengers, and I've got news for you. (8:09) You are messengers. (8:11) You deliver the message. (8:16) Every one of you, when you meet someone and you tell them to worship God alone, (8:21) you are messengers, many many messengers. (8:22) And you know you are, you are delivering God's message. (8:27) But this particular instance makes me, just one of you, but makes me wonder who is named (8:34) or just given a specific mission. (8:41) But we are all doing this. (8:43) And God says this in surah number 2, (8:47) arabic (8:48) So the messenger will be a witness among you, (8:53) and you be witnesses among the people. (8:57) This has been the Quran. (8:59) Every one of you serve as witnesses, messengers. (9:03) And the same word equally used in that verse, (9:08) arabic (9:10) The messenger may serve as a witness among you, (9:13) and you serve as witnesses among the people. (9:15) So you have a fantastic responsibility, and I know you are doing it pleasantly, and tirelessly. (9:26) The verse in surah 4, (9:28) so this is the mu'minun, what is this? (9:34) So yes, allahumma astaghfirullah, I said that, it's in surah 23, (9:37) allahumma astaghfirullah minal mala'ikati muslim. (9:39) This is in the present tense. (9:43) Some people say that the inspiration or revelation ended by Muhammad, it's not true. (9:48) Because this is in the present tense. (9:50) This is the final message, everything is here, and we do not do anything that is not here. (9:56) But there is so much information here, it will keep coming until the end of the world. (10:01) Information that our parents did not know, information that we do not know, (10:06) and information that our grandchildren only are destined to know. (10:10) It's all in here. (10:11) It's nothing new, but it is all in here, including the end of the world, (10:15) and things that outrage the disbelievers. (10:19) The verse in surah 4 that also explains this, this turns out to be a very important discussion. (10:39) It's in the tip of my tongue, but I'd like to read it correctly. (11:06) It's very possible that I misplaced the verse, but I can't find it in surah 4. (11:11) But the evidence is abundant that God uses, as you know, the Quran is mostly in the past tense. (11:19) Because God is telling us things in our future that are not future to God, they are past, (11:25) as far as God is concerned, so most of the Quran is in the past tense. (11:29) But when it comes to selecting messengers, plural, in the Quran, it is in the present tense. (11:38) So, especially in your case, being the first group, the pioneers of restoring all God's (11:47) messengers of the past, you have a special responsibility. (11:51) There are many, many messengers, and this also confirms, or is confirmed by, the verse (11:59) in the Quran that says there is not a binit that does not have a messenger. (12:03) So this gives us how many messengers there are. (12:06) But this incident that God was asking about, just gives me a specific responsibility, (12:13) and makes us know precisely what the deal is. (12:19) Because if we are believers in the Quran, we read in surah 3, verse 81, that after all (12:28) the prophets have come, including Muhammad as we see later on, God set a trap for the disbelievers. (12:41) After all the prophets have come, a messenger will come to those where we left. (12:45) This is an established Quranic fact. (12:48) And if we are believers in the Quran, we have to be open to this. (12:54) Not only open to this, we have to know that there will be a messenger who will come and (12:58) save all the prophets. (13:00) And we will have no aversion at all to this idea, it is actually expected, and we agree (13:05) with it readily. (13:06) We happen to be the lucky generation, the fortunate generation, that witnesses the fulfillment (13:10) of this verse. (13:12) And I am talking as one of you. (13:14) You know I distinguish the Quran between Muhammad the messenger and Muhammad the man. (13:19) And I am telling you, Rashad the man is very excited about all the information that comes (13:24) to Rashad the messenger. (13:27) I am just along with you, I cry, and I am excited, and they see me jump up and down (13:36) in the mosque with information that comes, and we all jump together. (13:40) Because it is beautiful, God is teaching us, and we are very fortunate to be born now, (13:45) at this time. (13:49) Yes, sounds right, it sounds right. (13:54) What does it say, Muftasem? (13:56) He is the grantor of the high ranks, the assessor of authority, he dispatches inspiration. (14:05) Yes, exactly, this is it. (14:07) He dispatches it in order to warn about the real warning. (14:12) Exactly. (14:12) So as you see the Quran goes out of its way to mention these in the present tense, because (14:18) it is a continuous process until the end of the world. (14:22) Every village, every community is going to have messengers. (14:27) Look at Laila, she is a messenger of God, when she goes to her college, and she talks (14:33) to the people about God, the Holy Spirit, God alone, she is a messenger of God, and (14:37) nobody can dispute that. (14:40) So I hope this clarifies, and this is why you see the opposition, vicious as they are, (14:47) they never said Muhammad is the last messenger, they cannot say that. (14:50) They know it is a fabricated lie, this is why they did not come up with it. (14:56) All they are trying to do is that his name is not Fashar, they are trying to discredit people. (15:02) But they cannot come up with any fact, or any proof, they can only call me names. (15:07) Which is exactly what the Quran says. (15:11) And it is really miraculous, it is really miraculous. (15:15) They call me the names that the Quran says, specifically. (15:20) It is like God is showing us that he knows what they are going to say. (15:25) I get this telegram from Ahmed Didat, addressed to Rasul Khalifa al-Kassab, this is in English, (15:33) but he writes the Arabic word that is in the Quran. (15:38) And we read in surah 38 and in surah 54, the same word, the same. (15:47) How come all of us, he is the one who is getting the message, the inspiration, he is Khalifa al-Kassab. (15:54) And then God goes up to them and says they will find out tomorrow who is Khalifa al-Kassab. (15:59) But they had to, I mean this is Western Union folks. (16:03) And they wrote down K-A-Z-Z-A-B, it is not an English word. (16:09) But it is exactly what God wrote in the Quran, in surah 58 and in surah 54. (16:14) Except that God spelled it correctly. (16:17) Exactly, it is Kazzab, not Kazzab. (16:20) They cannot do it, but it is ironic. (16:23) So as you know, the minute the person calls you names, they lost the argument, (16:28) they have no evidence. (16:30) When they start calling you stupid and this kind of thing, then you know they lost the argument. (16:35) Yes. (16:38) Okay, we have time for a couple more questions. (16:41) Brother, ask him a question. (16:44) I just wanted to comment on, there are a lot of verses that say that a messenger has been (16:49) sent to prevail, so that Islam has prevailed over all religions. (16:55) Can you just comment on that? (16:57) This is a prophecy in surah number 9 and surah number 48, that Islam will prevail over all (17:05) religions, and will go to all corners of the world. (17:10) And I mean, not that I believe that, I know that, I know this will happen. (17:15) And inshallah it will happen in our generation. (17:17) Brother Hadeeb yesterday said that surah 110, that talks about if Allah grants victory, (17:25) victory comes, and you see the people embracing God's religion in great numbers. (17:33) As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, glorify your lord and ask and seek his forgiveness. (17:37) Innaahu kana ta'ala, these are 19 words. (17:41) The generation before us knew nothing about 19, we are a generation of 19, and we are (17:46) a generation that will witness this great victory inshallah. (17:50) And this is why, this is the new world, that did not receive a message before. (17:57) All the messages came in the Middle East. (18:00) So the message had to come here, to America, and it is going to Japan, you just look at (18:07) Naoko there, see Naoko, what does that say? (18:11) Are you from Tokyo, Naoko? (18:15) Are you from Tokyo, or where are you from Tokyo, from the heart of Japan? (18:18) So you know that the message will go there, and when Naoko goes back, they are going to (18:23) be true Japanese believers, and I think that is the last frontier, and it will be a fulfillment (18:28) of these prophecies, surah 9 and surah 48. (18:32) Don't forget Mexico and Latin America, they are the Muslims there. (18:35) Our sister Taneita is there too, in Mexico. (18:41) God will have the whole world covered. (18:43) So I think we will have a break before lunch.
